Homage - music for guitars, voice, and flute

Please join soprano Jessica Türje, guitarists Brett Gunther and Michael Ibsen, and flautist Jiajia Li for an afternoon of chamber music. Brett Gunther and Jiajia Li are both faculty at the Mount Royal Conservatory, and Jessica Türje and Michael Ibsen are a guitar and voice duo visiting from Berlin and Amsterdam, who have both previously studied in Calgary. The concert will feature a variety of works for guitar duo, guitar and voice, guitar solo, and guitar and flute, highlighting a variety of styles with an emphasis on Spanish repertoire.
Admission is by donation, and the concert begins at 2 pm at 4825 Mt Royal Gate SW, Calgary, AB T3E 7N5.
