It's a sunny August day and you walk through the doors of the church, a little uncertain but hopeful. A feeling tugs at your shoestrings, shuffling your feet towards the pew with the insistence of a small child. Sunbeams peer through stained glass in a natural spotlight, drawing your eyes to the stage as you sit. Nineteen strings held by thirty fingers of three angelic maestros cover the spaces the light cannot touch, and you are enveloped by a sound so glorious you levitate freely above the wooden bench. ...This could be the exact story of your evening on Thursday, August 1 2013.
